Nebo charges one night’s deposit (for each of the rooms reserved) to reserve a room(s) for up to 5 nights, and two nights’ deposit for 5 nights or more. (We do not charge any tax at this point.)
We accept deposits by credit card, check or cash; your room is considered confirmed when we receive the funds; however, we will always give you first refusal if we have not yet received your funds and someone else requests the room(s) you have spoken for.
If you need to cancel your reservation and do so at least one week in advance of the first day of your stay, we will refund the full amount less $20 for our administrative costs.
If you have to cancel within a week of your stay, we will not refund your deposit unless we are able to re-sell the room. However, you may use that deposit toward a stay at a later date. Refunds will be made by the same payment method used to make the deposit.
If someone makes a reservation with a gift certificate, we require a deposit only for any amount greater than the gift certificate itself (eg., if the gift certificate is for $100 and the required deposit is $150, we would collect $50).
In the event of a cancellation with a gift certificate at any time, no refund will be made; however, it may of course be used toward a future stay.
